A mad wizard, of whom one day Lord Chaos himself will say “That guy’s completely nuts!”, Po-Adar turns insanity into a fine artform. Shunned by nearly all races, and ugly enough that when he pulls away his hood the sight is considered an attack mode, he is nonetheless a powerful and knowledgeable wizard and one of the best alchemists on the planet.
To say his moods can be temperamental, would be understating things. One moment he could be turning people into cans of yogurt for not agreeing with him on the color of the sky, the next he could be treating you to a gourmet meal of worms and snails and being quite the congenial host. It is often questionable which is worse, being on his good side or his bad side.
His goals are often not to win, and in the battle between Miro versus the King he really does not care which wins, but rather he prefers to cause chaos and disruptions to both sides, particularly the King. Once friends and fellow adventurers, Po-Adar now has a grudge against his former companion that only he can make sense of. Between this uncaring desire for chaos, his power, and his insanity, while making use of the pending world events that would occupy everyone else, Po-Adar is not a figure easily dealt with, and certainly not at all easily understood.
